What does it mean if my Customer ID is not found?

Please ensure you are using the code that came with your test. In some cases your number may not be recognized by our system until your sample is received by us. Once received and submitted to the laboratory your status will change to “Processing Sample”. Results are normally available 2 weeks after and are emailed to you. If you are not certain about your Customer ID # or believe your sample should have been received and is not processed yet please contact us.
